11 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
13 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
14 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until just combined.
03 - Shape mixture into 12 equal meatballs and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until browned and cooked through.
04 - Reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Slice slider buns horizontally without separating individual rolls and place bottom halves in a 9x13-inch baking dish.

06 - Cover cheese with the top halves of the buns. Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley, then brush evenly over the bun tops.
07 - Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are golden.
