# Preparation Steps:
01 - Set the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, gently mix ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, sriracha, salt, and pepper until just combined.
03 - Shape the mixture into 20 uniform meatballs and arrange evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Cook in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
05 - While meatballs bake, combine honey, soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a small saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
06 - Remove meatballs from oven and immediately toss in the warm glaze to coat evenly.
07 - Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds if desired.
